Thank you Hello Cupcake cookbook for the cutest cupcake ideas ever! I was a little nervous to make them. We've made a couple other types of cupcakes out of the book, but this one I did all on my own. I'm just about the least crafty, creative, artsy person I know, so this was a big challenge for me and I think they turned our pretty good.
Here's some of the assembly.
My mom always made the cutest cakes for us when we were growing up, so I was trying to repay her on her birthday this year. It was a fun challenge, but also took me 2 hours to assemble just 7 of these little guys. It's definitely a project for those who have lots of extra time on their hands!

way to go Whit! those things are WAY harder when you actually sit down to make them than you think they are going to be. the authors make it look so easy. yours turned out beautifully though! love 'em! love you too!
