B-1 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH


Congratulations to Adam M. Blaesser for being selected as the B-1 Employee of the Month for May! Adam was chosen by the B-1 Employee Action Team because he Delivers Results. Here is his nomination write-up:

I highly recommend Adam M. Blaesser for Employee of the Month based on the Boeing attribute of "Delivers Results".

1. Adam always keeps his promise and delivers consistently high quality data, information, recommendations and service.

2. Adam takes full responsibility and accountability for system updates and operational information and is not afraid to admit any errors or oversights.

3. Adam demonstrates strong operational skills as Senior Finance Management, Program Managers, Functional Managers, IPT Leads, and CAM's all rely on him for high-fidelity information needed to run their programs and/or contracts. Adam is the well-known, highly regarded "Go-To" Program Planning & Control (PP&C) analyst for the B-1 Material management.

4. Adam lives the Boeing values in ensuring effective business, compliance and financial controls over material Earned Value Management, promotes and practices the highest professional integrity in all that he does, and continuously finds a way to overcome obstacles to support his customer's requirements.

5. Capitalizes on unanticipated opportunities and changing circumstances to meet commitments. This is particularly true as B-1 transitions to new Leadership and new tracking tools are developed and maintained to bring the B-1 cash flow in line with projected forecasts. Adam's involvement in this Supplier Management support function has proven invaluable as the Customer has become more focused on stable baselines and adherent cash management.

Furthermore, Adam believes in continuous education and self-betterment and has recently received his Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California. He is always polite, professional, and willing to help, making him a prime candidate for the B-1 Employee of the Month. Most of all, Adam is truly deserving!
