Well 2012 is here and Europe is on.
Because I was so overwhelmed with trying to figure out an itinerary, we decided to go with the cruise option.
Yep a 12 night cruise through the Mediterranean!
Here’s the route we’ll be taking
Venice, Italy
Athens, Greece
Izimr (Ephesus), Turkey
Istanbul, Turkey
Mykonos, Greece
Naples, Italy,
Rome, Italy
Florence, Italy
Provence, France
Barcelona, Spain
Given the limited amount of time at each port, we are looking for best options to see the most we can.
So for you European travelers what are on your must do lists in these places?
Also if you’ve done a tours in these places that were worth the amount you paid please send me the tour info. I am basically spending every night researching best options, but there are just so many. Next on my list is to buy Rick Steve’s Mediterranean Ports book to see where I think we can do it our selves effectively. I can’t believe we’re actually doing it! Europe here we come…
