Happy 30th to my Hubby

It's official, we're grown ups.  Adam turns 30 today, which means in about 3 months I will be too.  Not that I think 30 is old or that I have any depressed feelings about entering this new decade, but I guess it makes me feel like I have actually entered adulthood.   I feel like I have just been the same age forever and people still think I am like 22, so I guess that's a good thing now.  I feel like when you tell people you're 30 they respect you a little more, you know, they just see you as someone that's has enough experience in a career and life to have a small amount of wisdom.  Anyway...that's my random thinking behind this whole turning 30 thing.

Although Adam grew up a long time before I did, so I guess maybe he does feel old, you'll have to ask him.  But seriously, Adam has accomplished so much for being just 30 years old, I can hardly believe it.

When he was 23(or maybe it was 24) he got into the MBA program at USC

When he was 24 he bought the condo we now live in.  24!! And let me tell you prices in 2006, when he bought were way higher than they are now, but he worked so hard and saved and saved and was able to afford a great little place a mile from the ocean in Huntington Beach.

When he was 25 he, on his own time and will, decided to be baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Here we on on his baptism day!

Also at 25 he asked me to marry him and 4 months later we entered into wedded bliss.

When he was 26 we were sealed in the Newport Beach temple for time and all eternity.

When he was 27 he graduated from USC with his MBA!
When he was 28 he taught himself how to remodel kitchens and bathrooms and therefore created 2 beautiful bathrooms and a kitchen in years following.
He's also taken me on some pretty fantastic trips around the world!
Caribbean in 2009
Europe 2012

Oh and how can I forget at 28 he ran his first half marathon and at 29 ran a full marathon!
As mentioned several times as well, at 28 Adam became a avid Mystery Shopper and in the last 2 years has brought in $5,000 in all kinds of shapes and forms, food, haircuts, oil changes, carpet cleaning, plus cash as well!

He's also worked hard to advance in his career at Boeing and been able to travel all throughout the U.S. and had great experiences.
I enjoyed a visit to Philadelphia thanks to his career path
Oh and a couple trips to Seattle too!

Adam is honestly one of the hardest working people I know.  His determination and dedication amaze me.  He's brave (I mean c'mon, who else attempts to remodel their home with no one to teach them except YouTube) he's  honest and loyal. He is always looking for ways to better himself and I admire that so much.

I can't wait to see what he'll do in his thirties, but I am sure it will be amazing!

Happy Birthday to my one and only!   I love you!
