It's been about 6 months since we remodeled our
guest bathroom and Adam decided it was time to do the master bathroom. We did the other one for less than expected and didn't have a big vacation in 2010, so all our extra funds wen t to the home repairs/ remodel fund. This time, I tried to be more supportive, especially since this bathroom would mean I would be getting a new and improved bath tub, and I love taking baths.
So on Saturday demolition began. With the first bathroom we only had one hammer and chisel, so Adam did almost all of it, plus I wasn't nearly as supportive. This time Adam got me my own hammer and chisel, so I got to participate in the "fun." Lucky me. My hands and arms are so sore today, but we managed to get all the tile off and most of the concrete and chicken wire, that you find in older homes, removed in about 4 hours. Let me just warn anyone that is thinking about doing this, it is hard work, and very messy, our home will be covered in dust until this is complete.

You guys are so fun! I can't wait to see what it looks like when it's all done... the other bathroom turned out fantastic so I'm anticipating something else just as spectacular!
