I'm so lucky to have such great "in-laws," I hate the phrase, but Katie really is just amazing and it's been a lot of fun getting to know her.
We were able to have Katie come live with us last summer, and it was so much fun. I loved getting to know her better and see all the virtuous qualities she has. This girl is just so determined and tenacious. She'll be graduating from Cal Poly SLO in June with a Bachelors in Architectural Engineering, then she's off to study abroad in Greece and Italy for a year on a full ride scholarship to get a Masters in Earthquake Engineering! She is someone I truly look up to and am just always inspired to work harder when I see all that she has achieved, and she's only 22!!
